Solution:
This level requires you to think physically about the game environment.
You cannot move the ball by dragging it, but you can influence gravity.
Tilt your physical device (phone or tablet) gently in different directions to make the ball roll around the obstacles and into the hole.
If the initial tilt doesn't work, ensure you tilt it far enough to overcome the slope/barriers shown on the screen.
